The balance of our body is essential for our well-being

Healthy life style is found by playing sports, not smoking, not drink to much even if the

temptation is big sometimes, relax the mind, meditate, playing accrobatic yoga with

friends, laught and cry if the body need, being massaged.

The most important for start is the food that we insert into our body

because we know, it’s a fact, WE ARE THAT WE EAT 😉

Why the massage is essential?

During the life muscle blockages and energetics problems is formed.

To avoid and end up those problems like hunchbacked, muscle and lymphatic nodes, stress,

loosing of flexibility and the list goes on… It’s good to be treat quickly and on this way the

problem don’t get stuck in your body for too long and its easiy to move out.

In somehow, the body is a complex machine, mechanism easy to understand when you have a solid

knowlegde and in some case body just need fuel for work good 😉
